Honestly, with tier 3 gravity you can just imbue a staff and have an instant "win" button. Tapping it makes them fall over, which is nice and all, but holding it for even just a split second and moving your wrist a little sends them flying and instantly kills most of the time. I had to refund the points for it because it made combat so easy, just tap a button and whatever you're looking at dies.
@@casual2694gravity always has been kinda op because the npcs are really vulnerable to fall damage, just the basic spell is enough to be absurdly op because you can spam it with both hands and send everyone flying
@@waffler-yz3gw True, especially with riptide, if they don't die from the first push you can just pull them into another wall. But the staff being basically a physics gun definitely boosts the power of gravity a little. One full charge of a staff lets you, with no further charge up, basically take out an entire wave of enemies before they have the chance to get anywhere near melee range.
@@casual2694yeah but honestly the dismemberment nature of body and mind is just so fun. with gravity you are just focused on slamming people into walls or forcing fall damage on them, but you do have that mobility option
One of my favorite things however is to do a sans on them and use a mod that gives them a ton of health. Just a free 2 minutes of flinging this one guy around constantly
@@d1nodray I thought so too, but he also left that scene in where he tries to behead a dude with a shield but it bounces. It's funny because 100% we've all been there, about do do a really cool move but the jankiness of VR being just a little bit off from IRL makes the movement fall flat.
One thing to mention about Fire-imbued staffs- One has some "recoil" so when using the flame thrower ability, aim it down and jump for an effective jump boost Two have very strong "recoil" so when using the Flame thrower ability, aim them both down, and jump to effectively make a jetpack The two staffs can basically become solid fuel rockets
@@nathan-uz1ss there is certainly no skill like that. Lightning has a ability to make its infused throwables homing but theres certainly no autoaim. Mind does have the ability to automatically slow down time when you draw a bow, though. Guess we still need Trajectory mod, when it updates.
@@AstralDragn personally I'm hoping they update the mod to interweave trajectory with the skill trees. Like it's something you have to unlock with the mind or body path.
My favorite build idea is an mind/gravity build made around stopping time and commiting warcrimes using the fact I can dodge arrows or become an anime swordsman and slice someone in half without pulling the sword out(or so it seems)
Fun fact:you can supercharge the Tesla wire by tapping a bunch of times Another fun fact:you can make it long range by spinning a dagger and then using the spinning dagger to tap the other weapon Edit:you don’t have to use a dagger for the long range
@@bizzarz6302Lmao Oldeus more like. Or wait I think the author said End of Series Rudeus is actually better and stronger. Now just need Ice, Earth and Water magic in the game, Water would go crazy with the Lightning combo’s tbh.
A tip on how to use the Lightening beam and Plasma beam, you throw your wrists out, not your hands, the reason the beam was turning off and on wasnt based on your hands being too close it it, in fact keeping them too far apart will cancel the spell. just point your wrists out and it should stay on for as much mana as you have
I ain’t gonna remember this, so I’ll save it, then I’ll remember it when I’m screwing around pretending to be a royal guard and be like, I am the kings guard, master sorcerer and warrior king
They haven’t started working on it yet (well they might’ve started now) since they didn’t want it to hold back pcvr Edit: I felt like looking at nomad 1 star reviews and at the end of someone’s review they said “I don’t want to wait months for 1.0 I want it NOW all you have to do is copy and paste it!” Like bro it doesn’t work that way 💀
@@DF9000k "didn't want to hold back pcvr" what do you mean? They released it when it was ready for PC VR, and are still working on optimizing it for standalone which is probably what they've been trying to do. Optimization is the shittyest part of game dev, I know from experience
Great video! Just one thing: you're not supposed to pull your hands apart when casting the lightning or plasma beam spell but instead do the same pose with your hands that Goku does when he does his Kamehameha move if that makes sense
Because supernovas can create black holes or neutron stars but that's not important, I think it's called that because it doesn't instantly create a black hole, it starts with a tiny lil explosion
Will I be able to use all these skills individually in my spell wheel or can you only choose one, I'm a nomad player but if its truly coming out to nomad I'm just wondering will it be there. I struggle with choppy and laggy game play will they fix that when they release it
Damn, i took a break from the game due to all my mods breaking, guess imma have to reinstall this beast of a game. Sidenote, Im definitely gonna use the dual path the most lol
@@Charmaine.D-rt7se Spoken like somebody who doesnt know shit about electronics. Nomad runs through your VR headset, a PC has tons more of computing power, which is needed to deliver the intended experience.
@@eeurr1306 You're right, I really don't know about electronics I was just explaining why I thought it makes no sense. I also don't have a pc to connect the headset to so sorry if what I say gives off the impression that I don't know shit.
I have a pc with 4090 and all that stuff and a quest 3 but idk what I gotta do to play blade and sorcery on it like do I gotta get certain cables or is it via Bluetooth
Hola!! En este video ¿estas jugando en PC o con las gafas meta quest 3? Es por saber si con el juego en meta quest 3 se pueden hacer todas estas cosas que haces tu con la magia o es solo en pc. Gracias
