They do it unless it is banned by the tornament organizer, abusing glitches in competitive environment is frowned upon. Most annoying Warcraft3 strats are easily countered by simply scouting them, hence why 99% of those don't get used, they're cheese starts that capitalize on your enemy noobness, wich doesn't apply in pro play.
@@raphaelfillos6120 I mean, not really tbh, as with most cheese in any rts, as long as a good player is behind it and playing mind games with the enemy, the counter play to the cheese isnt simply scouting it and it most certainly doesnt work on only noobs. Just take a look at sc2 as an example, cheese has a very real presence in the highest level of pro play and is in fact seen quite frequently, simply because the sheer amount of mind games behind the cheese doesnt just make it a noob-killer but a real and plausible strategy that even the best players in the world have to respect. Also, more on the scouting note, the only consistent scout you can get on an enemy early-game is scouting their own base, which as opposed to sc2, in wc3 does not give a great deal of information about what the enemy is doing. Unless they're going for a very specific strat like tower rush or whatnot. As a result, this often necessitates scouting their actual units to get a good idea of what they're doing which is far less consistent thus making scouting less of a form of actual counterplay against most cheese. Again, like in sc2, there simply is no consistent way to scout out a triple proxy racks or proxy stargate early game because there simply is no sure-fire method for finding such things, other than using map-hacks or literally reading their mind. Even for world-class players, they just sometimes dont have a way to deal with it.
@@Dave-lf7he Cheeses are much more viable on sc2 because you can hide buildings on the map, it's much harder to do on wc3 as maps are smaller and some creeps can aggro (leaving the amount of place you can build very limited unlike sc2 and very predictible) Also proxying (gaining 30s on the travel time of the unit) is MUCH MORE clutch in sc2 than wc3, because heros will put a stop to any unit harass anyways. The fact that some pros get caught by cheeses in sc2 also comes from the variety of build possible the difference between a protoss going fast b3 and a protoss going for fast air on one base is HUGE, the difference between a human fast expanding and not fast expanding isn't much. And yes, scouting puts an end to most cheese in wc3, just because you can't read a strat out of a player's base doesn't mean it's impossible. In the end i doubt you have the necessary experience on wc3 to understand how much cheeses are predictable compared to sc2 Also in sc2 every good player will block access to their base, so scouting ain't easy and requires a plan, and even with a plan it's sometimes impossible or some races. In wc3 you just send one unit or a peasant, and unless you're unlucky, you can get an easy scouting in and out wich would reveal the strategy at any point of the game.
tbh pros already know like 90 % of the trick here, they didn't use them becasue most of the tricks dont worked well against another pro .. You can abuse some average ladder player with these strategies, sure, but not to the pros.. I played WC3 on China's server a lot more than 10 years ago.. Those tower in the woods / animal critters trick were very common back in 2008..
3:27 - peon makes burrow, that angers golem and he attacks. Then BM attacks golem right in moment he goes back. I have no idea why he stays and do not attack. Can someone explain further?
Im not sure but probably because of a code bug where 1 is aggro and 0 is stay. When golem attack burrow it is 1 but becomes zero when it go back, but the attack from BM cause it to trigger to 1 again. Do it at the same exact timing and the system would be confused to whether turn it to 1 or 0. Then it would just stay because of conflicting command

The golem is trying to get back but is stuck since his and blademasters collision circles (the area units take up on the ground and no other units can go through) overlap. Usually units will be pushed out when blademaster exits stealth inside them but not here for whatever reason. So the golem either can't find a path to his spot and just stays there because of that, or he is trying to move but the game engine won't let him since he's inside another units collision circle. Something like that.
it is cast on unit that moves in range of bandit if there are 2 units close to it, so you can have 2 units on the side, but it is easiest to move unit in the middle
Every hero in the game+1 troop can kill these 2 camps at the same time, often without using a spell, most of them use spells because it makes it even faster, but thats a + and not a negative
i can tell you but it takes away a little magic ... ok, so on one of ArtOfWarcraft's videos there was a clip from Back2Warcraft where some pro player doing Rock Golem creeping on TM made it stuck (we do not know if on purpose or not), first i tried to recreate it, it was possible but required alot of precision and maybe even some luck and was not worth it at all, so i looked into creeps that would be worth using this trick on and on methods to make it reliable
it requires alot of precision, the place to put burrow and place where to send bm were determined by trial and error to find most reliable then you just click move at golem at least 3 times and then you wait prepared with Attack to react immediately when he starts to turn around i'm not sure if it requires some luck, after some practise i was able to do it like 80-90% of the time

You cant just make videos that help the worst sort of players (blademaster lovers) in this game :D please never do that again. Now i am affraid to play W3 and see BM in every game :p
