Best cutting ability and yards after contact I've ever seen from a Michigan back by far. It's really a shame to see him get injured to finish the season.
If he never gets hurt against Illinois and has the game Donovan edwards had against Ohio state they would’ve handed him the heisman In Columbus. Would’ve been another Charles/Desmond moment
If you've never seen this dude play in person you are shocked at first by how much he is able to pack in that 5'8-5'9 frame...the dude is ABSOLUTELY STACKED!
He run low and springy ready to jump cut and can make several defenders miss in the open field like Saquan Barkley but he looks better between the tackles than Saquan do.
True but he's nowhere near as good a home run or pass catching threat as Saquon. If Corum can clock sub 4.45 he's a legit first round pick....but I see him as more of a 4.52 guy.
Adrian Peterson? Barry Sanders ? Saquon Barkley ? Derrick Henry? Darren sproles ? Ladanian Tomlinson are much better backs to name a few but this guy is legit
Well...He Did Say Blake Corum Was The Most Talented College RB That "HE" Not You,Not Me,Not They,Ever Saw And He Never Said"BETTER"Either I Know It's Hard To Believe But Other People Have Minds And Opinions And Are Not Sheep.
Barry was way too soft. Dude AVOIDED contact. Never hammered the line for those 3,4 and 5 yd runs that broke open later in the game. Corum is LOT stronger a runner than Sanders
@@jeremiahjohnson7989 tell me you've never played football without telling me you've never played football. 😂 Dumbest thing I've heard today. Thanks for the laugh
Sorry brother that's what happens when haters rather cheap shot verse try and win game. I was in the big house and watched the hit right in front of me...seemed like the only way for them to leave feeling victorious! Go blue and good luck brother
This was a brilliant pick by the Rams. If he developes into a good receiver, he can be a Todd Gurley or Mashall Faulk type of running back. The later is more comparable because of his shiftiness and elusiveness style of running. Imagine that. I'm excited to see what Blake could become for the Rams. Go Rams!
@@Fahootaef Look at the holes corum is running through. He’s just running downhill and making some shimmy’s. Nothing insane. Bijan is different. He doesn’t have an oline making holes and he still put up more yards
@@bst2465 Bijan has like 118 more yards and the exact same amount of TD when blake hasnt played in 2.5 games lmao. Corum would over take him in stats with just 1 mediocre game
@@Fahootaef Bijan didn’t play almost 2 quarters against oklahoma and he got benched against kansas in like the 10th minute of the 3rd quarter with 240 rushing yards and 3 TDs. Sooo 🤷🏻♂️
Imo both comment & reply are 💯- explosive 1st 10 yards down field ( no wasted movement on cuts & angles & getting lower on D players , but lacks the 40 burn time
Doesn't look like he even 5'6" not fast either. But quick. And he's smart. I can't remember a back this tiny in green Bay ever. Id like more speed for a guy that size. Not sure how he'd block a blitzing linebacker. Late pick for me.
Great highlight tape. His movement is actually beautiful and moves me as a human being. And then some self-proclaimed "sick" muppet comes along and puts an absolute turd of a song over top of it...
The Giants neeed him he would be the perfect back to split yards with Saquon Barkley if they could actually get that line together and get their hands on an actually good quarterback, it’s weird because they’re only a few steps away from being really good and it sucks because they gave Danny dumpster fire, 🔥 dimes fucking $130 million contract and we gave Saquon the rest, and what universe does that make sense ( personally, I would assigned Saquon to the 3-4 yr deal for like 50 60 million and then negotiated with Danny dimes on the two-year contract kind of like a prove deal which by now he would’ve improving us wrong to even give him anything and they could just put a clothes in there to come but I think if he gets hurt he can get cut. I’m not sure I think there’s an injury clause in there )is that makes sense but anyway, I hope we have Saquon for a while, but there’s gonna be a day when we don’t and this kid hopefully is the next boy in blue, I think they might be able to grab him at the top of the secondpossibly but I feel like this Danny dime situation is going to be another Brock osweiler- where we have to just give them to a team and pay him 12 million at the same time heck I don’t know if you seen his stats but he supposed to get 9 million this year and then after this it’s 30 31 and 32 ( I think there is a void clause in there also I just don’t know when either after after the first season after the second season or the third so we better get out of it before we start giving them anywhere near that money
The Giants should probably look heavily into this guy, great fill in for the Barkley loss, at a mid pick to boot. Which they can afford to use on the chance this guy can produce at the next level.
no one likes when I say this but he reminds me of a more finesse version of J.K. Dobbins...Dobbins used his hands to shed defenders more often but the physical and athletic profile is almost identical
