Whatever she did it drastically improved her looks without completely overhauling her look.

Blake's surgery is so tasteful and perfect for her. I had my upper and lower lids done while getting a rhino (at age 29). I had heavy lids since I was a child and don't regret the surgery at all. My doctor said surgery should make you look more rested and happy and not 'done.'

That is literally the only nose job I feel really improved a celebrity's face

One thing that i always think of when watching this subject matter, { and nobody addresses } is the fact that cartilage is constantly growing. With that fact, i wonder if the surgery affects the natural growth cycle, for example will parts of the nose keep growing and end up HAVING to get surgery again just to keep the balance right, {thank you Depeche Mode😎}

I can't think of a single Hollywood actress who's renowned for her beauty that hasn't had at least a nose job.

I plan to get my nose done next year and some things I want to avoid is making my nose too flat and skinny and pointing upwards. She’s a perfect example of just a reshaping more than shrinking down and making it pointier.

My friend did a lot of more subtle plastic surgeries. She had a nose job, breast implants, cheekbone implants and her ears pinned back. She looks good, but really not that different from before, so it was kind of excessive.

Best kind is you don't notice the change! Blake's is the best I've ever seen...actually made her prettier. Lucky her

I think her nose job was the only thing she needed to do to look beautiful- the other features of her face look lovely. Everything she may have done to tweak her looks was done in good taste. We all want to be the best version of ourselves. I’d bet that the majority of Hollywood actresses have considered it and half appear to have done it. Great example.

She got great, natural work done. Post surgery Blake reminds me so much of the (naturally beautiful) late Carolyn Bessette Kennedy. As a New Yorker I would say she got the Park Avenue Princess look. Subtle and naturally/effortlessly pretty. Sort of like a Ralph Lauren model. I would guess she got some of her work done here as well.

I liked her original nose. It gave her more character. She looks frailer now.

Bummer. I actually liked her old nose cause it looked just like mine before my diving accident. I had to have a reconstruction so I could BREATHE and I’ve never liked the results. The doc “decided” I should have a cutsie nose. Ugh. Not me. Oh well. Glad at least that they didn’t give her cutsie.

No offence to anyone but the whole nose job thing talking about it being bulbous before seems a bit racist to me. Plastic surgery is like...white = right. Like people make their hair straight, nose straight, etc.. They are trying to look white. Blake is a white girl of course. But I feel like she looked JUST FINE before the nose job. Like you said people overdo it to get attention/etc. But in general, to me, we should stop the nose jobs to be 'pretty' to 'fit in' to get acting gigs. To me it's very toxic. Now if you wanna get work done, get it done. But it really disturbs me and does not sit right to me that to be considered pretty/get roles/be accepted by society you have to cut your face open. Reminds me of Ashlee Simpson that said she would never get a nose job. Then she did and it was so sad how she denied it. Her FATHER of all people had to come out and say 'yes she had it done'. It's your body do what you want with it. But she would have been a good role model for that. I remember Tyra banks talks about the modeling industry and how not to judge girls on their bodies since they need to WORK it's their life. All in all very sad. But that's just my opinion.
