Blaster Master - US Glitchless -  

Had a death in the hell room, and sum of best is 44:19 so a lot can still come off of this.
Glitchless:
1) No grenade glitches
2) No water walking
3) No warps (debatable but who wants glitchless w/warps?!)
4) No OOB/door wraps
5) Pause transition skip is ok since it's very low impact and not really a glitch
