The SA-10 was my first syntherszierzser, my uncle had one so any time I visited my grandparents I'd be glued to it. From looping the demo song of "Wake me up before you go-go" which is still way superior to the original recording, to taking my first steps of coming up with tunes.
I still use it very often to this day. Well, not anymore now that I got this. At least every 10th beat there's at least doodle from it, when I'm looking for something contrasting or going all in for that charming sound. It can also sound straight up menacing if you use it the right way.
I've spent a long time working on this and it's gone from a simple emulation to adding my go-to fx to pimp the sound and sprinkling some easter eggs into it.
