BLEACH TYBW Episode 27: YHWACH’S BROKEN POWER! AIZEN APPEARS!? | REVIEW 

What are your thoughts on Episode 27 of BLEACH TYBW Cour 3, and how Cour 3 will be having 14 episodes instead of 13! (watch the video at the end I explain why)

I feel very blessed to have an adaptation that fixes some of the issues the manga had like justifying the defeat of Squad 0 in a believable way and adding more lore content. Most manga that had rushed ending can only imagine of getting the same treatment.

ichibe's dance thing was incredible, loved the episode

I noticed that when yhwach was dodging ichibe attacks they used aizen's theme Which is pretty cool

I definitely wasn't expecting a song and dance routine 🤣

this episode was an absolute BANGER, if this is the starting episode then i cant wait for what comes next 🔥🔥🔥

The post credits scene was well-done. I also could tell that once The Almighty was released, it helped Yhwach’s elite guard.

The episode was insane and man the that uryu vs senjumaru was gas and ichibei blasting was damn good man. The ep has some incredible direction and visuals choice + uryu vs senjumaru has some incredible animation too

Right, the Uryu/Senjumaru interaction happened, so I'm calling it now: *Shutara Senjumaru is 100% in on Uryu's plan.* If anything that makes what's coming up all the more perfect.

ichibei's song and dance ritual for futen taisosuryu was epic as hell and never thought we would see the day to get Uryu get a volstandig and deafeat a royal guard member we are so back with peak

Aside from the quality animation (and the cgi still blended pretty well), I loved the audio overall. Voice acting, sound effects, score, and music were fantastic! Awesome episode 👏👏👏

This is selfish of me but I really liked they used two bits of the original bleach anime music during this episode, during the fight and the ending where Ichibe begs Ichigo to “stop” Yhwach (knowing he can’t stop or beat him)

It's going be be real pain to take down Yhwach with his Almighty power now active. They have also hinted Uryū Ishida powers in this episode.

Overall it was as predicted. Personally I would have done it without the recap, or have it shorter, extending a little more these two battles, but... no. The Ichibei part was fine, although some more explanation about the Almighty was needed after episode 24 flashback (maybe later?), while Uryu made a good use of his "A", also showing an incomplete Vollstandig (that he will master later, looking for new fights). Another nice detail was Jugram countering Senjumaru's hank with his "B", although he wasn't able to free himself from it (with a sense). Anyway, happy Bleach 20th, we are back! 🔥🔥

Look how the title of the episode changes from Bleach to "A". I belive the orginal intention was to have it "BLACK" as in 26th ep. and make it vanish to "A". They just reused the idea now but with Bleach.

Her pricking a single drop of blood from Uryu has to mean something. Prehaps removing Ywach contract with Uryu but retaining his Antithesis. Which might explain the power fighting him as well.

The only downside is that a good chunk of it was recap, but I also understand.

I just realized that the anime didn't explain to the audience what a Schrift is, while the manga explained it to us before the Quincies invaded the Soul Society for the second time.

I also liked despite it not being named we got Uryu using the “A” Antithesis to reverse being tied up and restrained by Senjumara Bankai allowing him to kill her in one very powerful shot.

We are truly blessed as BLEACH fans that studio Pierrot Films, and Kubo are going all out. I'm ready for whatever they got!

That was craaaaaazzzyyyyy. Wow 10/10 awesome awesome unbelievable episode. Uryu getting the win with his Schrift and Vollstandig was just 🔥🔥

6/10 + I like what they are doing with Uryuu + Osho musical sequence + Great staircase scene - Almost 7 minutes of nothing but a recap - "My name is Yhwach" scene doesn't feel as intimidating as it was in the manga - It still definitely feels like cour 2, hopefully it's the last ep

I didn't realize that this season has 14 episodes instead of 13, that's great news! I was worried about how much time we were losing this episode or that the new scenes didn't look that different in quality. I'm glad you cleared up how most of this was last season's animation. Looking forward to the rest of the season. :D

The reishi stairs walk was the most epic moment from the whole episode.

I've been waiting for this review. This was an absolute banger but I'm saddened to see that it didn't come with episode 2 straight after.

lets go Uryu!! you got to shine in this episode!! and i think we even got to see what appears to be Uryu 'wings' from Vollstandig in the episode!!

Ishida Antithesis negated Sejumaru bankai, was a great addition, it give context why he its important and somehow why Ywach selected him as his successor. the whole fight between squad zero and royal guard on the manga felt rushed, never showed how good are those guys are, they redeemed that with the anime adaptation and im hopeful that anime team keep doing more stuff to give more context to the story that the manga failed to deliver.

Well the wait was definitely worth it, this episode really got me excited for the rest of the Cour 3, the animation was epic, the story is good, voices are great, and the fighting scenes were awesome… oh wait those weren’t fights those were massacres.

I didn't like how senjumaru was defeated, I felt it was kinda lackluster, I thought uryu would free all of them then they would jump her, and they wasted too much time with the recap, but the quality has definitely improved

If Cour 3 added an extra Ep to compensate for Cour 2 ending, I hope Cour 4 will still have 13 episodes. Though this might bump the total count of TYBW to 53 episodes...

Feels amazing to be back for Bleach TYBW the showdown with Uryu vs. Senjumaru and Ichibe doing his dancing ceremony to send Yhwach to nothingness lmao but man the music is great again and so looking forward to these videos and much more

I interpret it as just being like how we saw in cour 2 that a quincy going volstandig can trigger others to do the same, ywhach awakening caused a similar effect that prevented the royal guards from dying to shutara's bankai just like how cang du and bg9 lived.

The 26th episode had like 4 minute left were they put the Kon stuff. It seems their original intention was to end with chapter 609 "A" with Almighty reveal (thats around 4 minutes now in 27th ep.). And since the first half of 27th is a recap, the second part adapts only 2 chapters 611 and 612. So we are like moved half an episode toward original plan for Cour 3 schedule. My quess would be that somewhere among the extra episode (out of 14) we will get half the recap episode to get back to original schedule planned.

With Ichigo bringing back Ichibe solidifies that Ichigo is gonna be the new soul king... He's now connected to the Zero sqaud cause as long as one of them is still alive the others can be brought back to life... Thats why ichibe said he used some of Ichigo power to revive...

How did everyone feel about Senjumaru opinion of the Quincy

I really hope that they forshadow somehow a biger role for Aizen in cour 4 the final battle. I understand that Ichigo maibe has to deliver the final blow....but imagine Aizen becoming overserious and then...... you hear from his mouth.... BAAN...KAI

i would put this in my top 5 bleach openings, and the ONLY reason i say top 5 and not higher, because of JUST HOW DEEP the emotions i have connected to some of the earlier seasons like season 12 3 i even like one of the bount arc openings, heuco mundo opening its a lot that i have are tied to emotions and memories that are 15 + years old now so they are very VERY sentimental to me. that said these are JUST AS MUCH OG BLEACH, and fit wonderfully and VISUALLY THESE ARE THE BEST OPENINGS, all 3 cours visually blow all other openings out the water. but there will never be another opening like the one with kon singing one of the heuco mundos

If they don’t show it in the anime they should make a movie of the original war between the Quincy’s and original Goti 13 to help fund and show how much we want the hell arc.

They shouldn't have had Kubo choose the opening songs. The openings for the last two cours were mediocre imho. Scar is the only opening that on par with original series'. Other than that... EPISODE WAS AMAZING!

I think episode was almost already done he was just pushed to cour 3 he don't look too different from the quality of cour 2, the next episode we will see the difference with more high quality by Pierrot Films.
