Muchas gracias Dr Medel and to the association for arranging this session. I was just able to watch from Tasmania, Australia. Thank you for answering my question. We cannot wait to see you in June! :-) I think my family will be the record holders for longest distance travelled for your surgery (10,660 miles / 17,156 km)

Dr. Medel, I just wanted to say thank you so much for taking the time to make this video. It is super informative! I especially like that you broke down the meaning of the name of the condition and covered the different surgeries. My son has BPES and his ptosis is not the same bilaterally. The left eye is slightly more severe. He's 15 months old now and I've been noticing he's developing a lazy eye. I'm going to take videos for the doctor of my concern and show them once again that he is developing a lazy eye and it seems to be progressively getting worse.

I am from India and 23 year old girl. I have BPES I had 2 surgeries in the past. There are some improvement but my eyes not looking normal they are looking like Chinese people. There are some chances of my my eyes looking like normal? My eyes create souch problems for me

Thank you Dr My son was born with ptosis he had a left eye lid sergery when he was 2 months old and now he is 2 years old, when do you think is the best time for the second sergery as his eye lid dropped down?
