@@pixeltrain3d you should test Nvidia card for rendering!!! but OptiX (for rendering) isn't perfect for the moment, it's very fast but i v'e got some probleme with particles and volume shader.
Really? Does Mac over $2000 render soooooooo slow? This is the simple scene, no emission, no transmission and no glossy (no reflection on wall-picture)...4kHDRI? And 30 seconds with 64 samples? You have to open Blender in mid-budget Win pc (my one: Ryzen 5 2600, RTX 2060 Super (third of PC price), 32Mb Ram, - all these are the half of PC price, including the cheepest monitor IIyama 27' VA FullHD with the good colors and deep black same time - whole price was $1500 last year) This scene my pc rendered at 1024 samples less than 30 seconds with OptiX denoising at default cycles other settings (and I can watch YT tutors or movies at the same time while rendering because of Ryzen multithreads).
