EEVEE Next with Blender 4.1 Alpha introduce Ray Tracing that improve the scene, it makes similar to Cycles with three main parameters : reflection, refraction and diffusion.
Reflection improve how lights of the objects are reflected in the scene, refraction calculate different lights bounces before reaching the object and diffusion make the lights with multiple range shadows and midtones with clear realism.
Vertex, shader and real time displacement, the first two works with geometry nodes with different parameters that you can set and the last one works with shaders nodes based on difference force that move the grass on the ground.
If you wanna test Ray Tracing on EEVEE Next you need to download from Blender official website on daily section:

Then you need to enable Developer Extra and enable EEVEE Next, restart Blender to finally see the option of EEVEE Next as render engine and enable it to test also Raytracing that is already active.
