You should have had someone knocking on the door as you were on the phone needing thier vehicle looked at fir an oil change... 😂 While i like the aesthetic of the black aluminum, I don't like the gaps at the sides. I'll keep the stock ones myself, but have you seen the billet brake reservoir they make? I would powder the intake for sure. Pro tip on boots that want to blow off for the readers . Obviously clean parts of oil. Permetex makes a spray gasket maker called "high tack". It comes in spray form and can be bought anywhere. Red in color. Brake clean boot and pipe. Dont worry about removing the powder. Spray a light coat on the boot only. Intall immediately. I guarantee you'll blow the boot in half before it comes undone by sliding off. When it comes to time to come apart again, a 90 degree pick and it comes right apart. Cleans up instantly with brake clean.

Seems like this would not allow for reaching in to align the factory style air filter horn when installing/uninstalling.
