We used Railroads Online Extended, which can give you cash on multiplayer clients. Sometimes it doesn't work perfectly if you're not the host, though. tom-90.github.io/RROx/ railroad.studio (railroad.studio) is a better bet if you're looking for singleplayer cash and don't want to download the application to use it.
