I’m not a salmon person, so I never tried salmon blinis. I definitely thought they were crunchy like bruschetta toasts. Learning new things is why I watch ALL your uploads - even when I don’t think they’ll be relevant to me. :)
Usually I make rye seeded bagels but I think I'm, going to try this. Oh and Buckwheat is MARVELOUS in pancakes with Grade B Maple syrup make the batter very thick and use a ton of butter to fry 'em
