What does “blink first broke in Australlia” mean? I thought they were from suburbs in California and it kinda ground-swelled from there? From out of the west coast of the United States. Because they came out in the 90’s and that style of music was blowing up in the states at the time. What does Australia have to do with anything?

@@royb5820 In 1995 before blink got really popular in the US Rick DeVoe got them on an Australian tour supporting Pennywise, which went extremely well, and from then on Australians have been massive supporters of blink. Sounds like from what others have said it was poor conditions at the venue that explain the appearing lack of enthusiasm.

The first show played in Perth was actually the second one to be sold. All the die hard fans already had tickets and were at the 2nd show, and it went off.

Maybe Coachella but on the actual tour he sometimes will occasionally hit flat notes so I don’t think he’s using autotune Either way he’s clearly giving it his all and putting in the effort to sound good, and he’s not getting pissed out his head at shows now so he’s not slurring the words like he used too
