Nothing about his technique is easy (or correct) and yet he is inventive, captivating, and seemingly flawless. The virtuosic artist that elevates Blink to the level they are at.

Fucking hell man I start getting emotional when I hear the fans reacting to a song, one they've probably loved for 20+ years, being played by a band we all thought would never play together again. I am so thankful for the reunion of this band, hope everybody who sees them has the best time
@@earlehenderson4048 I'm 34 and bought Enema of the State when I was 11 years old, you are so right! We were row 8 in the center right behind the pit at this show. Outside of my wedding and children, it was hands down the best night of my life!
Just saw them in Houston. Loved it! I got emotional when they first appeared on stage. Like you said, I didn't think I'd ever see them together again. So happy I got to see them live!!
Let us not forget what an absolute beast Travis is. 1000 bpm with impeccable timing all while staying true to the original composition with a little extra flare.
@@h.martinez3424 Mark and Tom are the soul of the band, no doubt. However,. Travis is the best musician on that stage. He's one of the best drummers in the world and took Blink to the next level. I was at the 2nd Chicago show. They were fantasic!
@ChristiaanWatchesMovies the funny part about that, is that Travis wasn't even in Blink when Dude Ranch was released. But you probably know that already.
I was over to the right on Tom’s side. Thanks so much for posting. My favorite band for over 20 years. As many times as I’ve seen them, this and night two were the best. Two of the best nights ever. Thanks for letting me relive this.
It’s hard to really hear for sure but is Tom singing in his normal old voice because when I listen to them at Coachella, he was singing, really sloppily and strange in comparison to how he used to.
@@paulhanley4130 He doesn't sound like old blink or AVA records anymore I'm assuming due to his surgery and just age in general, but I think he did played and sang pretty well at Chicago. Just happy to see them back together on stage honestly.
@@paulhanley4130 Sloppily? Have you seen old, live Blink shows? The way he is performing now is excellent. I personally think this is the best he has sounded live in a very very long time. I may be biased, but naturally his voice has changed and, for Tom, he is sounding great to me.
Hearing the energy of this crowd and just them belting the lyrics with Mark and Tom had me smiling the entire time. I'm so so so happy Tom is back. It wasn't blink without him. I love this trio.
Thank you for the upload! Great show! Tom's vocals and guitar sounded amazing and Mark looked like he's recovered well. It's like old Blink again. Complete with Mark's weird bass color choices 😂
Chicago had the loudest crowd I think of any concert I've been to. You couldn't even hear them at times because that entire stadium was just SCREAMING. Unbelievable. Chicago loves you blink
When you’re so close that you’re hearing the drums acoustically AND through the sound system lol Such great seats can’t imagine how awesome this would’ve been
Should have heard the Chicago crowd during Panic! This past October it was insane Brendon kept saying he had to keep turning his pack up to here the rest of the band lol this show looks so lit wish I could have went.

you can just tell how much chemistry they have... its automatic even after all this time. NONE OF THE COMMENTS are mentioning it at alll...................years later .....
So glad to see them still be able to at least play together every few years. Whether they like each other or not, they are magical together(staying together for the grown up kids 😎👌)love blink 182 👏
I've been a fan for their entire careers. Grew out of the stuff at about the self titled cd, but my wife and I had 2 cats. One was passing (over a couple day period) and we loved her with all our hearts. As a 38 (36 when it happened) y.o. man, I'm not ashamed to admit, I put on "always" multiple times holding my cat balling my eyes out. What a song.
Absolutely saw them couple nights later in montreal totally agree , great show perfect sound and it was loud... thank god... I'm a Metal head and 60 years old but have loved blink from day one and couldn't miss Tom's return especially...

Best Concert! Chicago crowd energy was awesome! Everyone knew every word to every song and Blink fed off the energy! The concert they deserved! The concert we deserved! One of those experiences you want to keep re-living over and over! This video helps! Thanks for filming and posting this!
That's pretty cool that they played "Man Overboard," I feel like that song is sort of a hidden gem to begin with, not to mention they've probably only played it live a handful of times. It's too bad they don't play any of the really old stuff like "Josie" or "M&Ms" though.
@@EricNeuls I did come across a video on here of them playing M&M's with Travis during a soundcheck (although I think it was without Tom and with the guy who replaced him for the more recent albums,) so I know they've played it at least once or twice since the old days. It would be cool if they played the really old stuff.
Thanks for posting this! I was way off to the side so its nice to watch it from a more normal angle. Had the time of my life. One of the most fun shows I have been to
I have 2 PIT tickets for tomorrow nights show in Tampa. It’s the only 2 left in the PIT section. I’m bummed but have to let them go for a family issue. I’m letting them go for half of what I paid I promise no BS. At least I was lucky enough to see this. I know it’s only a fraction of what I’m going to miss but it is what it is.. Thanks for the steady camera work and sharing!
man they are just starting out and they are already this good... only going to get better and better as the tour goes on. They'll figure out how to engage the now much older crowd.
Just want to take a minute and say thank you to the person recording this. All heroes don't wear capes. You just save me big money from having to see this in Cleveland❤. Thank you so much
I gotta tell you, it is simply a different experience being there. I literally could not have sat further away from them, but the energy was just as electric in the nose bleeds.
