Mark and Matt can afford to be playing with almost no energy because it doesn't affect the sound as much. On soundcheck you should play drums exactly like you're gonna play em live, its a whole different beast

Also normally when the whole crown is lit, it helps the energy on the stage. There are probabably 30 people there, so it's not as lit.....
