In this video I show you step by step how I fixed our Blink video doorbell that was offline. Make sure you are wearing the proper safety equipment when you do this and take all safety precautions. I tried to reset our modem/router, I tried to unplug and plug back in the sync module, I also tried to remove the camera from the app and re add it but none of that worked. I had to remove the blink doorbell from the wall and take the batteries out to let the Blink video doorbell reset. Watch this video to see step by step how I did that. After I put the batteries back in and added the Blink video doorbell back to the app it went back online and started working again. Thanks for watching!
