I just bought some of those for the first time like a month ago and was just eating them plain cuz I like just munching on peppers and thought “oh these look like perfect little munching peppers” lol, and they didn’t have a whole lot of flavor by themselves out of the bag but we’re still yummy. Now I will definitely buy more and try this because those tacos looked amazing and I totally need to see what hidden flavors are in those peppers that I missed out on the first time 😆 thanks Kev!!! I went crazy yesterday and decided to do Chipotle at home. I made the chicken, cilantro lime rice, the black beans, the corn salsa, and pico. It doesn't sound like a lot but I was chopping all damn damn, lol. Turned out amazing though. My husband and daughter said it was better than Chipotle so yay. We love Mexican and Mexican inspired cooking in this house.

It was a holy crap moment for me when I found out cumin and coriander seed is what makes chili taste like chili. Same for hot and sour soup, white vinegar and white pepper.
I actually dont enjoy peppers of essentially anykind that have a hard skin on them, I find it both slightly bitter yet overpowering in flavor to the point its not really enjoyable. But properly prepared I love them. So this is a nice recipe for me. And to be perfectly honest, especially this year, its too damn hot to eat meat all the time.
it's shocking to say this with how well you clearly eat with all these delicious videos but.... your looking a little thin and weaker than usual today, are you okay? just hoping these videos won't be stopping anytime soon, they changed my life in so many ways I couldn't put it properly into words, and I'd definitely miss you if you where gone
