Found you on Facebook. I can just imagine the smell. You make it sound entertaining! I worked in a very large hotel in Sydney 30 years ago. 700 rooms and 5 kitchens. The grease trap was in the basement, and was the size of a lap pool. I walked in there looking for the main ten e manager, and dry reached for hours. Worse than 100 roadkills piled on each other. That is part of your genius. When I watch your videos, all of my worries and anxieties and concerns about the future disappear. It's truly the best life in the world, just as you say. Watching you do such a complete job, so enthusiastically, reminds me that it's all in the attitude as to whether a task is fair or foul. I am in The US, in New Jersey on the East Coast, Mid-Atlantic. I, too, watch hoof trimming, culvert cleaning, yard cleanups, furniture refinishing, and rug cleaning videos. (Also German and Belgian cooking videos.)
