Bloodywood Let's GO  

They have said in interviews their biggest influence is Rage Against the Machine, they even named their 1st tour "Raj Against the Machine" in their honour.

I regularly describe this band as follows... Linkin Park + Rage Against the Machine + curry = Bloodywood Glad you guys came back to check out another track from these guys. I wouldn't call them anarchists, more like progressives. But that's just a guess on my part. I'm not sure if the term translates exactly, and to know the truest contents of their minds, I'd have to hear them describes themselves.

I wouldn't say these guys are anarchists. They're dealing with the same problems as most of the western world, most notably the mixing of religion and politics, which is what this song was about. Their society still operates on a caste system-if you don't have the right last name, it doesn't matter what you do or how much money you earn, you can never get yourself or your family to a more "respectable" station. And it's made worse by dragging religion into it, where if you don't follow the "right" religion, society can legally kick you when you're down. Loads of injustice directed at people just for being born to the wrong family. This is why India has more than 300 million children living in abject poverty. No matter what their parents do to try to improve things, the government can take whatever they feel will keep your family living in the mud.

Raol's "no flag" brand is about not being tied to any particular region etc. People for all people regardless of nationality. In terms of politics/anarchy its more about being disillusioned with the current dtate of politicians in all parties.

New sub here. Been really enjoying your reactions! I don't know if you've ever heard of or reacted to Snow Tha Product, but I think you guys should check her out. She's an independent artist. She's Mexican and Bi, and I only point this out because she makes it very clear she is proud of where she came from and who she is as a persona and an artist. She was signed to a label that screwed her over, and now she's fully independent I would suggest checking out Really Counts by Snow Tha Product or Say Bitch by Snow Tha Product Once again love the reactions!
