PR now requires B1 Polish language exam certificate:)) and if you move out of Poland you have to go through the same process in the new Schengen country.

I think you can check in INDIANS in POLAND group, there are a lot of people there, Plus some detail would have already shared with you by the recruiter, they mostly won't go above that, its not like India where you can negotiate on offers :)
that's good question to prove your legality in Poland if you working 5 yrs and you passing the polish language test then you can apply about some visas permanent visa with longer stay after 9 yrs legal staying in Poland you receive legal full time permanent stay then you can receive your citizenship but blue card visa is also temporary but only for professional in any EU country when you move from Poland you need to apply again about your blue card of course you have to prove your employee contract or education degrees anyways
yes if you reach the requirements this is not Poland blue card that is EU blue card for highly professionals only not for migrants but if you migrate to Germany you have to apply again about the blue card
@@lliy3261 you don't need to blue card you can work on simple work visa then you can legalize your status on extension of work visa after you can try the permanent stay legalize .I'm poles I know that for not EU citizens that is probably 5 or 6 years in Germany. but you have to be legal.Also you have to prove your language skills if you just working like highly educated worker you can stay on the visas in Germany example like expat. etc
