This is in an RV diesel pusher that has been sitting stationary for an undetermined amount of time, so I plan to drain it and replace. Is it ok to pour down the drain, on the ground, or is there a required disposal process? Thanks.
You could check it with a refractometer to see if its usable. DEF is classified as non-hazardous by the EPA. You still need to think about pets and critters getting to it, but I would dig a shallow hole and pour it in. Recommendation is against pouring it down any drains. Thanks for watching and work safe!
Call OWI, ask them because on some product lines in some plants, they will use a 3 or 4 digit code in the beginning for plant locations. Good luck and Old World Industries is very helpful!
