Blue-e - Halmstad robot competition - Heat2a 

Robot competition for the course Autonomous Mechatronical Systems 2014 at Halmstad University Sweden.
Our second opponent was named "Zeus", a powerful name. This robot had a bumpy ride for it's forst few weeks of development and alot of sleeplesness was spent on it to get it competition ready. The designer even went as far as to build a mock-up arena at home to continue working... now that is ambition!
Their robot is good at finding the objectives and to keep track of where it is, but they had considerable problems getting servos to work and opted for a "stiff" flipping arm, stiff arms have a tendency to break, to get stuck and to flip boxes again when pulling back.
