What I like the most out of Blue October gigs is that they are not like any other rock band; they don't charge across the stage and go mental. They don't attempt to get the crowd screaming. They don't dance or do anything commercial. They simply play and get lost in their music! So much passion and dedication. It's beautiful. I have never seen them live although I would love to (:
These guys should be more highlighted in the UK, they are pretty much brilliant, talented and powerful. Music's great, real strong and the lyrics are deep. Love them.
...SONG OF THE DAY!!! 🤘🏿ULTRAMEGAROLOTA🤘🏿 07/06/2021
i love this song and i love the way they look like they are just jammin, he is not singing to a camera... blue october enjoy what they do and the do it bloody well.... x
I totally agree with you. I just love them! I've seen them live at The Cockpit and that was awesome! You've got that piece of luck that they're maybe not very well known in UK, but famous enought to come here and perform a couple of gigs. I'm from Poland and I'm here in UK for only 4 months (1 study semester) and I will probably never see them live again coz in Poland there are very few people who knows them :( Probably I will have to come to UK or Germany :P
The guy on the backround is indded kinda weird.. but apparently really talented!! Playing the guitar, beautiful voice (at 3:10 ....MAN!! wow!!) and in the end playing the violin!! Congrats man!! -- And the singer... unique voice!! Beautiful cover!!
it would of been nice if this version was also on the cd ... i also too like the original verison to... but i just feel that the accosutic it shows more feeeling and vulnerable... in a good way hahaha :)
if anyone can recommend me music that sounds exactly like the violin solo in this song that would be amazing.... i've been listening to this on repeat, i can't get enough of that little solo at the end... if only it was longer
I know this is a bit of an old comment but I thought I'd reply anyway, the guy that plays the violin for blue october has a side project called tufstrings that's just instrumental violin and piano.
@jmccauley52 isnt this a violin in the background? The white instrument . . . i dont see any frets or 6 strings . . . and the other "little guitar" in the background has 8 strings :P Btw, this song sounds amazing as an acoustik version. Of course, the rock version sounds better, but this is still a great song, i love it =)
I don't understand why a lot of people rather would like to listen shallow and crappy music than something emotional , deep and real like Blue October :(
yeah i tell my mind to shut up all the time, she's got nothing on my intuition ability, which just seems to trancend anything the mind could possibly ever fathom.we're truly great if we could just have a bit of faith in ourselves, and yet it's just not as easy as 1would think to convince this computer of anything.but i just don't let her tell me 2much i just like to wait and let things unfold.livingin the moment definitely keeps her at bay.not easy to do w/ clocks on every dang wall thou,lv u jf
