You can only back up if you have added a Roadmaster Exact Center to your vehicle. To my knowledge this product is only available for Jeeps at the moment. This product works with any towbar to keep the front wheels straight allowing you to back up a short distance.
It will really depend on the weight of the vehicle you are towing and how you will be using it. Either of the 3 are a great solution for most vehicles.
