I think the Bernina people need to include your videos as part of their sales pitch. You have helped zillions of us when our machines have gone flakey, and I’m so glad I heard of your channel.
Thank you for your youtube tutorials. I am new to Berenia, Tula Pink 570 and to embroidery. Yesterday I was ready to either fix it or return it. I chose to fix it with your guidance. I was embroidering and my threads bunched up, my needle broke, and my machine locked up completely. After lots of patience, walking away, and then watching your videos, I was able to figure out how to fix it. Saved me lots of money!! I will be watching all your videos now!! Thank you!!!
Thank you Bernina Jeff! Your videos have been such a great source of information for me. I purchased my 770 Tula Pink addition on line during the COVID 19 as all stores were closed, so I have not had any lessons on the machine. You have helped along the way, your fav fan from 🇨🇦!
Jeff, thank you so much for all of your informative videos! I have learned so much and you’ve saved me a fortune. My main take away from you is just how often I need to oil my machine. I have a 750 QE and got the “gears of death”, found a thread bind and cleared it out. Then I got a “main drive sync failure”. After 3 hours of looking at everything I could think of I finally recycled my threader a couple times and restarted it and that cleared it. Again, thanks for all of your great videos!
Thank you, Jeff! I had no lessons on my 770QE when I purchased it so you have been such a great source for learning the 'what ifs'. I've watched the Bernina videos. However, you explain thoroughly the issues that I've had using my machine. I am less intimidated using my machine since I found your videos. Thank you so much!
You saved me! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I’m under a deadline to finish a skirt for my daughter. The fabric is a really sheer silk sari and I was totally freaked with the 1010 message. Muchas gracias!
Thanks Jeff, another great video. We talked last week and I so appreciated your help. My 790 is still in the shop but there is hope for it I'm told. Mary from PA
I always learn so much from your tutorials, but I have to sit right on top of my computer to hear you. Could you please sit closer to the microphone. And yes I have all sound as high as it will go. Thanks for your services! Love your store and the employees are always so helpful!
This is not exactly on topic but I have recently acquired a Bernina 440 QE that is working perfect. My only issue is the metal 'remains' of an accessory (hook?) that was added at some point, attached just to the left of the needle area, I believe it is meant to hold the magnifying lens set. However, I don't have the accessory and I am left handed so it is always in the way. Can it be removed? BTW, I have learned so much about this machine thanks to your amazing video series, so full of great information and solutions. Thank you so much!
I found when the 1010 fail message comes up, I have taken the bobbin casing apart to clean and oil, but put it all back incorrectly. I put the hook circular piece back in correctly, then it works.
Morning from South Africa. The "gears of death" icon keeps appearing, although the drive shaft is not jammed, the machine stops working. If I press the button on the screen, it continues to sew again for about a minute, then the main sync error icon reappears. Any solution? I live 3 hours from the nearest dealer, so it would be helpful to be able to fix it myself. Thanks
Seems like my wife works on her very expensive machine more then she sews with it. She just oiled in now it says main motor not running, it's always something.
Mr. Jeff: Can I ask an unrelated question? I just bought the NEW 570QE. I can't use the older type embroidery cards in this machine can I. I have to have CDs correct? I have so many like the Carol Endres Willow Woolkeeper back from the nineties but I don't think I can use them, unless they were updated to CDS??? Many thganks for your time! Mary
I don't understand "getting by security" all I do is push the foot selection icon and confirm I have the #26 foot on, I guess I do it so often I do not realize there is something special to do, please contact me at jpvlefty@aol so I can help
