just keged it it wont last long enuff to carb. I'm new to this maybe half year or so makling wine and cider but this is amazazing this will always be in my home thanks Kevin.
Good suggestion! I was concerned about the acid balance, but I really should have done what you suggested here and just go all in on the flavor additions after stabilization!
