2 ¼ teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder, 1 packet
2 tablespoons water, cold
¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar
1 ½ cups (360 ml) heavy cream, cold
¼ cup (30 g) confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
fresh blueberries, for garnish
