@@ethanclock9703 I’m not taking a stab at your school, but no high school is better than the bluecoats. Even schools like chino hills aren’t as good. Wtf you on about. Do you know who the bluecoats are?
One of the best parts is how the Basses/Tenors kinda look like they know what they are doing on snare, while the snares on Tenors and Basses are...yeah...haha.
I also think it’s because when they marched in high school, they were all probably put on snare at some part consideringthat high schools put they’re best players there. Or tenors, mostly snare.
2 things that get me every time is the snare on the end that can't stop cheese smiling, and the 3rd snare (tenor player) that is doing the hi mom. Classic.
Jupiters moon Reuel is a bluecoats tenor player that aged out after the 2015 season, he just kinda shows up at the bluecoats lot and chills every now and then it seems.
Is it just me or did the guy playing the drumset have like a super sexy fill before the very very last rep? Like with the bass before the slow rep of 8s?
The person who was talking to Rue marched snare along with Rue in 2012, although I don't know his name. It looks like he was saying something serious to Rue, but considering they marched together, they were probably just cracking jokes with one another.
My guess is the guy in black is a tech and was telling Ruel not to mess with the drums. Probably nothing too angry. But that IS someone’s drum and probably was set to that person’s height. Also it’s rather unusual for an alum to come in and start messing with people’s drums anyway.
Ha! Fun. We did something similar with show music in the BD brass line in 84, since Wayne was handing out full scores to everyone. I think I went from my sop part to contra....very strange to hear a contra try upper lead sop, tho!
