I love this video so hard. Big ups to Blueprint for putting something like this out. The nostalgic photos with Ant and Eyedea and others remind me of a simpler time. Here's something Brother Ali posted on Facebook on 4/23 that's stuck with me ever since: "Blueprint is one of the most free and beautiful people I've ever known. Its wonderful when we appreciate someone's art and have the privilege of knowing\loving the real person. I always find myself wishing the public could have a sense of just how genuine this music is. Man giving me unlimited motivation in the most un motivated spirit i'v ever stumbled in. I apparently slept on blueprint for seemingly no reason. For myself Blueprint reminds me of the most important fundamental lessons and messages to stay attached to while going through what ever it is I find hard at the time. Some of those lessons being "silver Linings" that make the hard shit seem like a breeze, "Perspective" reminding me that it's all about perception, my worst conditions haven't been shit compared to other people in this life even some I know. He's reminding me to try and just keep moving be positive and dont stop while also keeping my perceptions about life and what I have to do to succeed in my life self aware, wide open but strong, compassionate and reasonably selfless. basically staying true to what I believe to be correct and worth it in my gut, my integrity. and of course to use what I know about the importance of positivity and motivation to help my loved ones move torwards whatever goal they're trying to accomplish which I believe for most of us are feelings of love, happiness and personal fulfilment. Just some very small examples on how this man is helping me stay alert to whats really important in my life right now. I wrote this real quick for the small possibility of reminding anyone ells of these fundamental but truly important steps and lessons in life that needs an extra and specific shove to do what anyone of you feel is important. I might still continue to need some dirrection sometimes but Blueprint has shoved me just in the right way to help me realize I need to get a moving. So most importantly I wrote this burning itch on my brain to in some way show how apprechiative I am of a truly genuine human being trying to inspire and help not only himself but anyone who may want it just by doing what he happens to love the most which is absolutely beautiful deserves whatever respect he'll earn. Music is powerful guys lol
