Thanks everyone. Ya, i hear what you're saying, putting it all together is always the thing that's the hardest. Much of that comes through time/experience but little tips like this help too. I will see if I can create an entire audio lesson on this topic of layering.

@joeharmonicafear well, that's a tricky question. first thing that comes to mind is using the "tah" method to articulate individual notes but really the pulsing sound you are describing is a tremolo or vibrato. at least that is what i'm guessing you mean. they are produced by starting and stopping (cutting off/on) your air flow. search my vids for vibrato and you'll ifnd it. lots of experimentation is required before you find the sounds you're looking for.

Sounds awsome. I'm looking to buy my first decent harmonica, was thinking Hohner. How much should I spend to get some thing good? They have these Hohners for $56-$62CAD, are they worth it? Thanks for they great videos!

I know this is some good blues because my feet have started swinging from my chair and tapping the floor without me even realizing.

I have a lesson called "Building Solos and Improvising" that begins to touch on this idea. Maybe that would help.

you are fantastic!!!!!!!.....just one question: is it a 12 bar blues ? I guess I've heard more than 12 chords....... I've track 2 drum snares sounds for each chord and I've found more than 24 snare sounds ? Am I wrong ? thanks
