The original recipe for this, created by LyAnna Sanabria pf Portland, Maine in more than a little fussy. I simplified things but here's the original recipe:
1 1/2 ounces blanc vermouth, preferably Comoz Blanc
3/4 ounce coconut gin, preferably Bimini
3/4 ounce pisco, preferably Capurro Acholado
1 barspoon rose- and apple-infused Pineaus de Charentes
1 drop absinthe

Having worked in the business for so long, it can be quite a brow raiser when my bartenders use to come to be with cocktail ideas that included incredibly random and minuet ingredients.

This is a nice gin, also makes a good sub for white rum in tropical cocktails.
