If you mean MLRS, as in the American one im not sure. But assuming that the reload time is the same, atleast the American rockets are guided, so you know you hit something with those 12 rockets.
MARS is the german designation, sorry :D. Lets say, the MLRS and BM-21 are to different Rocket Artillery systems. The MLRS (when firing guided missiles) is for acurate work and the BM-21 is for leveling the whole landscape in front of you :D.

The M-16 entered service in 1962 and that's still standard issue to US troops. The M1911 entered service in 1911 and that's still used by the US military.

That`s Ukranian Grad and soldiers, not russian. Russian army has more modern Grads, they upgrade them, while Ukraine seems to be still using exsactly what they inherited from USSR. Look at what clothes they are wearing lol))....

Like i said - ukranian don`t upgrade their army much, while russians do - that`s already one reason why it does matter where it was filmed. Ukraine and Russia - two different independent countries. That`s why if you film ukranian soldiers firing ukranian grad - don`t call them russian.
Just one salvo of these great weapon can destroy any US base in afghanistan.. Russia should give a few to the talibans , in return for US giving Stingers to the mujaheddin... would be fun to see another video of crying US Marines because they met real weapon in combat..
let see, a bullet made in 1900 can still hit and kill a man, a rocket with explosive warhead built in 1963 can easily destroy whole US platoon and demoralized the rest .. With the current level of US military morale , it wont take many hits before the soldiers all deserted like Bowe Berghdal..

@mrEYNEWKID Who cares what YOU call them? Russia and Ukraine are not one country or even one nation, though they are close to each other. Anyway the video is about grad and soldiers, and they look outdated and not very impressive. Because they are ukranian and not upgraded. If you call them russian, it`s bad for Russia`s reputation, because russian grad and soldiers look good and up to date. One army is good and modern. Another is old and pathetic. Summing them up is a bad idea.
