Hello, not a all. There is a native M43 version of this lens, so no need for any adapter.

Hello and thank you for your comment. I am not a cinematographer by the way, but I've seen many BTS videos comparing the two cameras. Personally I've never used an Alexa but I can Immagine it must be a totally different story :)

@@davidevalentiofficial yeah that BMPCC4K handheld footage can be a challenge! Still working on how to get consistently clean shots with mine!

I use mine just to have content and to test gear and ideas. Models just like more content and to have different looks for portfolio. Some never done video so it’s a new experience for them. They are so use to stop and go posing that I have to tell them over and over again to stop

Hi, it is not EF mount. The BMPCC4K is a micro 4/3 and the lens is the same.

Ciao Sergio, allora è tutto girato a 25 fps e con shutter angle a 180, e la timeline è sempre a 25 fps. Il 17 mm su micro 4/3 appare come un 30 mm circa su FF. Per i piani americani ero a circa 2 metri e mezzo dalla ragazza se non ricordo male. Credo che il 24 mm su sensore Super 35 si avvicini abbastanza a questo risultato, se non meglio addirittura in termini di distorsione. Personalmente prediligo lenti totalmente manuali. Bisogna farci un po' la mano, ma si impara in fretta e i risultati sono davvero impressionanti. A me personalmente le lenti manuali danno un enorme senso di controllo :)

Ps: grazie per i complimenti anche se non penso di aver fatto molto. La modella era molto brava e per me si è trattato solo di tenere la camera più stabilmente possibile (considerato che è stato il mio primo video girato con la 4k). :)

@@davidevalentiofficial Ecco mi interessava proprio sapere se anche tu usi il 180 angle :) Io praticamente lo lascio per la gran parte delle riprese e sembra risolvere bene il tutto piuttosto che calcolare il doppio e impostare lo shutter speed. Non mi resta che provare un 24 mm anche perchè lo zoom mi pesa troppo e vorrei usare sempre e solo un fisso. Cmq complimenti ottimo risultato.
