Thanks for naming the bulbs. Excellent video, well done. If I were to replace all these bulbs with"BMW Canbus" supported LED bulbs it will just be plug and play without coding? Also will MOT be a problem? Many thanks if you could answer my questions. tc.

Thanks Irshad! My experience with LED bulbs is even the canbus compliant ones can still be problematic. Plus depending on the quality they can fail and flicker quite often. MOT would only be a problem for headlight bulbs (not sure about fogs) as LED bulbs are currently not allowed.

Thanks for the video , does the parking light holder have to be twisted to remove from the headlight or does it just pull out ? Thank you

It pulls straight out. I used a needle nose pliers rather than removing all the other bulbs and it came out very easily. Its harder to get it back in because there are raised lines on the black plastic parking light holder that have to line up with slots in the receiving area. Once you get those lined up, it pushes back in easily. A torch is helpful to see what you are doing while lining it up.

Glad to help, high quality LED bulbs are fine, have to get “canbus error free” ones.

@@theodallet7096 don’t know French but I think you’re talking about the error codes. Yes my car comes up with an error code but the lights still work perfectly

Not really because it has more to do with how the beam is projected, it may be uncommon but there are plenty of cars like it.

Hi pal what lights are they ? Mine are orange and looking to get them white make them look more up to date is it just plug and play to do that or not ? Is that what you have done here ?

Hi Jake, the bulbs are just standard Neolux so I haven’t actually changed anything. Perhaps someone has fitted lower output bulbs at some point on your car.
