I have the same E87 2006 118i automatic. Already had a lot of issues because the last owner didn't maintain the car proberly, but slowly it's becomming reliable. A lot of the things I have done where necessary but a few where just because I wanted to. Down below a list: - New windscreenwipers - Four new Michelin Alpin 6 winter tyres. - Camshaft position sensor. - Replaced oil in transmission. - Engine oil+filter. - New battery. - New Airfilter - Interior filter. - New brake pads in the front incl. wear indicator. - Led interior lighting. - Valve cover. - Valve seals. - Timing chain including guiding brackets. - Spark plugs. - Vacuum pump. - A few seals. - New Style 162 rims for next summer. - Black logo's front and rear. - Black center caps on the wheels. Now almost every "common" problem is been tackled I love the car. Still needs a few things😅: - Tensiorer + belt. - Radiator hose. Things I still want: - LED angel eyes. - LED license plate lights. - Window tint on the back windows but not to dark. When I'm looking at the list above I'm crazy that I still drive te car😅 Edit: And to be honest, a lot of the things I already knew before I bought the car so the price was right (almost cheap😜)

@@ahmadkheiro735 look for oil leaks, coolant leaks, steering fluid leaks just leaks of any kind In any area mainy the diff as there rwd. Check the colour of the coolant normally mixed with oil. They also suffer from over heating so make sure the fan kicks in. Make sure for no rattles or ticks/knocks coming from The engine. Check to make sure there is no blue/black smoke depends if diesel tho. Take a obd 2 scanner with you to scan the car for codes. Or a Carly obd device perfect for BMW. And then just general wear on the underside normally quite good but in the uk they get grotty due to the rain and the salt on the roads in the winter and if that sets in its bad news so allways be weary. Sorry it's abit long winded lol but can never. Be too carefull after all I've had one four years and it's still in the drive way due to unknown faults and a factory recall from over 12 years ago. Oh yes and the fact that hardly any mechanics know how to work on them not even the Bmw dealerships 🤦🏾‍♂️ good luck to u tho sir 👍 and merry Christmas

@@DGEL03 I did a lot myself. The big issues I let a specialized mechanic do. Timing chain, valve cover, bougies where changed all at onces. Don't order cheap parts but parts from BMW isn't necessary. The big list above was in total around 2.5k but after that it was a awesome that drove superb

Would be good if u could use draggy for accelerations cuz this results are not real (GPS) speed.

definitelly not for autobahn. Too high engine speed and poor flexibility. It would need to have more power and torque. Enough for one person and bagage not for 4,5 person onboard
