Hey Guys, DVF Automotive for another video, today for christmas i decided to drive my new daily car, which is a BMW 120d e87 with remap and it produce 225bhp, it is really an awesome car, absolutely incredible driving experience, drifts wasn't so good because i need to practise more and the ESP was too much activate when i drift the car.

Hi I don't know if you will see this comment but anyways for the people reading it. I have the same year model 120d and found a little hidden feature so at 3:11 he pressed the DTC button but if you hold the button in (while standing still) for about 5 seconds it turns all the traction assist of completely and that is what you need to do if you want to "drift". The DTC mode is for when you want to do something like a drag race, it only allow the wheels to spin a little bit before gaining traction again hence the lost of control at 4:12. Anyways enjoy and stay safe.

You just discovered the DTC button which all BMW are known for, if you hold it more then 5 seconds it turn off completely stabilisation.

Mine and your driving styles are very similar. We like to change gears as early as we can obey speed limits but when the stars align and the perfect circumstances appear we enjoy a casual hoon that wont see us or anyone killed, especially our pride and joys after all what are we with out our cars. I love driving sporty with my BMW, but i rarely drifting or kicking it hard as you can see in this video, and with my Mercedes E-Class, I drive smoothly and at good speed, this type of car is not made to drive fast, The BMW and the Mercedes are two completely different pleasure...

I am really intrigued of how good the esp system of this car is. Would you mind making another video when the asphalt is wet like it was in this video. And show cornering with esp on and off. I need to see how safe this car is with the systems on. Thanks

Very safe whilst traction on 2nd traction mode ..dtc allows a little bit of slip if you hold the dtc button for few seconds it takes stability control off and traction fully of , in the wet the back end will come out without even trying trust me on that one 🤣🤣

Got 1er since 2017, used to own E46 and E36 before and never thought I'd buy 1 series cause I considered its rear to be ugly as hell. Yeah the rear is still ugly for me but the way it handles compensates it all. Love the idea of RWD hatchback, so bad there ain't no more of them.

Yes when i bought the car the exhaust was modified and it was already remaped with 225hp😉

Didn't even have traction fully off 🤣🤣 ... try drifting with it fully off instead of dtc looking at how you handled the car in dtc I would say your crash on your first try 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Press the DTC for 10 secs. Wuth a low HP car like that you really need to clutch kick it in the middle of the Scandinavian flick. I have a C230 V6 204hp and an M4 575hp. With the low hp car you really need to make an effort to make it slide :p

Bro its a diesel with 225hp its easy to slide especially in the wet i got a m47 120d too and its remapped to 200hp when its wet and i turn dtc fully off it slides like crazy😂

@@DankCarzMemes Yup, the M4 isn't going anywhere soon. Extended leather, carbon fiber roof, 360° camera, HUD M-performance spoiler and side skirts and competition exhaust. Basically everything, and it's rare to see that in Sweden =)
