Bmw 194604 error code! How to fix it

In this episode I'll share with you how I fixed my check engine light on my 435i n55 engine. this is a known issue on the bmw, specially the module goes bad and the wire problem is a known issue as well. this set up is just for the cars for the US market, Canada or Europe does not have this vent system.

I had a chipmunk chew my wires up. Do you know what the part number is for the plug/wires/cables? I cannot find it anywhere. I drive a 2017 340i xdrive.

Use realoem.com and you can find it in there after putting your vin nr

You mentioned that you were getting 0.5v on the center wire. When I tested mine it was 0 with the car off. When the car was on it was 3.4v. After you fixed the wiring did you retest the voltage on the center? I am trying to find out what it is supposed to be!

Did you happen to ever figure out if the 3.5V was normal for the center wire here? Also what was the resolution to your issue? I'm having very similar findings and and just getting here.

@@LooseCabose I pulled my wheel well cover and found that the wire had rubbed against the frame and wore a bare spot into the wire. It looked like a tiny spot of green corrosion. Fixed that and no more code. I did not check the voltage of the middle wire after the repair. I knew I had found the issue.
