Hello. Will this fiber optic cdc unit improve the sound quality if I don't like how android device sounds from the original aux? e60

This kit is for 7 series E65 ( without AUX), it is not for e60

If my E66 does not have the cdc option, can it be connected to navigation box? It is in the trunk

When you say so, I don’t clear which connection you mentioned above , I think my video is clear, or maybe not .
