it isnt a problem of the cradle because your phone should be behind the upper lip. I needed to put my phone out of the case and then it snugs nicely in this cradle
Yes, my phone does fit the cradle properly, the problem is when I lowered the windscreen, I jostled my phone which caused it to come out of the cradle. The cradle holds the phone securely, it was my actions that caused it to pop out
