170kW / 231hp
ECU remaped (EGR bypass kit, swirl flaps removed), 1.75 bar boost, 80mg/stroke, something like 1600-1700 bar rail pressure, do not remember. ca 300hp..
6HP26 (xHP Stage 3 flashed)
3' inch / 76mm downpipe (de-cat, dpf off)
3' inch exhaust from turbo to the last muffler. 76mm to 64mm conversion
Rear (last) muffler stock, with stock exhaust tips.
Wheels: Style 128 Replica 245/40/19 ET24 & 275/35/19 ET14. Sailun Atrezzo tires.
Smells horribly :D

mine is straight pipe and it is wayyyy too loouud, looks like even with rear stock muffler it is loud. thought about installing it back but after watching your video I think I need more then a muffler xD

My average consumption is always between 7.5-8L/100km, its 40% city, 60% outside the city. On winter season its ~9L, cuz then i let engine work on idle little more than usual, cause of colds. Never seen more than 9l/100, even that i like to floor pedal. Maybe full city will be 10+, dunno.

@@DjordjeSrpski idk, seems too much for me. My friend have 525d auto, same engine, hes around 10l/100. Mine 530 got lower consumption cause of piezo injectors, them are more efficent and economy than solenoid injectors. Only 170, 173 and 210 have piezo. All other modifications came with solenoid injectors. Anyway 13 is too much. Never seen that number on m57 engines.

@@xav1uz 0. I did some basic repair to gearbox (changed oil, mechatronic seals, etc, and replaced old torque converter to repaired one) before remapping engine. After remap i have driven already about 30k kms, a lot of full throttle accelerations to. No problems. Gearbox feel good. This is a good gearbox. Same you can find on 535d 200kw. Even with full tuned 535d it works, sometimes up to 900nm cars. Idk how its possible :D

С кем я уже только не заезжал)) Быстрее чем стоковые 200 и 210кв.. Медленее чем 200кв на гибридах (очевидно) И медленее чем 210кв на нормальной прошивке. +-240-250кв щас есть. Это максимум что можно выжать с этого топливного насоса (Р70 у меня) и с этой турбо. Дальше только гибрид ставить и насос на р90 менять.. Ну и интеркулер надо побольше.

На этом видео 1.75 бар буст и 80мг топлива/такт. Щас уже 1.9 бар (на спуле 2.05 давит) и 92мг/такт. Черного дымка стало побольше, но оно и очевидно, нужно больше воздуха. Давить на этой турбо больший давляк не вижу смысла, это предел ее. На 2.1 уже может взорватся. Видал случай, когда на 2.1 холодная часть тупо взорвалась. В стоке у этого мотора 65-66мг на такт и 1.46 буст (+-, точно не помню, точно меньше чем 1.5 и выше чем 1.4)

Why not? They are wider than oems, i like them design better. Also government are fixing roads everywhere in my country so i dont have problems with potholes etc.. and oems cost like x4 price. I drove alredy about 30k (summer period) on those wheels. They are still smooth af. I mean no cracks, etc

@@edvardsimon2760 2 summer seasons, about 30k kms, no problems. This replica is good. But about tires idk man, they make noise but price is superior. I got those for 55€/ 1tk no matter front or back. Brand new dot 2020. Good tires, but too noisy. Next time gonna pick something else.
