BMW E90 N52 Active Autowerke performance muffler install! 

Have secondary cats deleted and muffler delete. Sounds nice. Not overly loud and has a good tone to it. Plus all the snap crackles and pops.

tbh even a full muffler delete sounds perfect and would probably be a pretty good cost effective mod compared to a $750 muffler but I wonder what AA headers and a secondary cat delete would sound like paired with this muffler id imagine it might be the perfect match but that mufflers pretty damn expensive especially for a n52

I have had the AA Gen 2 for just about a year now and I love it but I do wish it was louder inside just like you. Did you ever end up doing a secondary cat delete too? Curious to know your thoughts if you did. And if not, do you think a resonator delete would add too much drone? Some drivers complain about the AA exhaust drone with everything else stock, which I don't notice one bit and it also doesn't bother me if some drone is there. But removing the resonator could bring any increased drone issues to my attention when driving and I am not sure if I should move ahead with that idea or not. I am just going to have trouble finding a shop to do a secondary cat delete nowadays unfortunately. Great video and thank you!

Did you have weld because you cut a little more than necessary to clamp? I’ve read on other forums that others have installed it on xDrives without welding. Just curious because I’m planning on getting the exhaust for my E90
