How did you managed to tigthen that big lower bolt? For a 520D is requires 250NM of torque which is a lot. There are many torque wrenches that don’t go that high.
@lcautotech9579 my arm was crushed in a motorcycle accident.... actually still have my hand , just non functioning. No grip , strength or arm rotation. I call it a lesson in high speed stupidity

It was all necessary considering removing the wheels wasn’t an option, sometimes when you are on the road with only a van full of tools you have to improvise and make things happen which was kind of the point of this video, the car was literally on the floor so couldn’t be driven to a garage, the mot had also expired so the customer needed it driveable so they could take it to the bmw dealer so they could match up the locking wheel bolt with their master set.
