In this video you will see how i resolved the door problem at my BMW f25. My recommendation is to repair it into a registered garage! it coult take almost 1,5Hour. Good Luck
Thx for the video, saved me a lot of time! Had identical problem, one of the fuses was blown. Erased the error code with BMW ISTA, no need to unplug the battery.
I was having locking issues on a 2011 X3 - some of the doors would lock and unlock with the fob and some wouldn’t. Then the gas filler door started to not unlock. I doubted it was a fuse since some of locks worked. It was the fuse - the blue 15 amp as shown in this video. I will say for some reason I couldn’t get my glove box out despite removing all the screws. I was able to change them by dropping the bottom panel and removing the black plastic fuse panel cover at the back of the glove box. Used some needle nose pliers and a few cuss words and got them out 😂.
Thanks Sebastos. Did you replace both fuses? Any idea why the fuse/s could have blown? My F25 is 8 years old - never had problems. Went in November 2019 to the dealership for routine scheduled service and replacement of cracked windscreen. Also needed new wiper blades and tyres - but they had to order that. Vehicle then back to them 2 weeks later for the blades and tyres. Upon receiving the vehicle the driver door wouldn’t respond to the remote and they replaced a fuse. Problem now recurred and I’ll try to fix it myself ASAP.
Hi Johannes. Yes I did replaced those two fuses and I don't know why they blown. This problem came after an interior detailing. But I don't see the problem. Maybe was the time for those two to change. Cheers
