This was mainly to test for the GoPro 5 and the mic setup. The camera is awesome but I'm not happy yet with the audio recorder. Bike is a 2015 BMW F800GS Adventure with an Ixil IXRace Exhaust without DB-Eater.
It's kinda of a grey zone. Not really allowed and not really forbidden either. I did it next to police cars a number of times and they were fine with it. Just use common sense and be careful
Yeah it is a the Touratech deflector. It is definitely an improvment. Though if you are tall like me you'll still have a lot of windnoise. To be sheltered perfectly you'd need to be around 185cm max.
Kevin Burgstiner my reasons for the Ixil were the small size and of course the popping noises. They are just too much fun. ;) Oh and it is just half the price of an Akrapovic, so that is nice too :p
You didn't failed to mention the illegal U-turn made by that car but failed to mention countless crossing solid lines, no turn signal on on any of the turns you made, cutting off others, and so on. On top of this, probably illegally modified engine management in order to obtain these idiotic detonations into the exhaust. All of these are indicating an self centerd dude who wants to draw attention to himself and his two wheeled noisy cart. Just another entitled anoying bang maker like that hill billy Royal Jordanian, unable to do anything else, but to disturb everyone with thei "explosive" farts coming out of their junk exhausts.
1st of all I wanna say grow some balls and man up. Secondly it’s different on a bike because most times it’s just safer to do something that’s “illegal” those popping sounds maybe satisfying to the rider and not necessarily related to attracting attention. Man up buddy
