BMW Fourways was invited by BMW Motorrad SA to enter a competition to take a standard BMW R18 heritage and convert it and custom build it to anything they imagine. The only limiting factor was that they were not allowed to spend more than ZAR 50.000 , which equates to about $3.000
We followed their progress and what a stunning machine it turned out to be, using mostly original R18 equipment and other BMW parts.
