It worked great with no issues of phone discharging. I have moved on to a quad lock fastened to a WunderLINQ but would now invest in a Carpuride or a chigee air-5

No issues now have a quad lock vibration damper

Odd, I have an 11 and use it here in the bright summer sun of GA USA. Could be brighter but certainly usable

No wind deflectors pre-installed by BMW, I haven't changed anything

I don't understand! It's a charger, your phone has the app on it for BMW Connected and also any GPS apps you use

@@TrailBreak-Travel I was wondering whether this can be a perfect substitute of the BMW connectedride cradle because it's really similar looking.

The cradle was already on the bike when purchased. Meant to hold the BMW garmin GPS. All I did was add the wireless charger so I could use my phone in it.

Mount is dampened it has soft rubber in back and mount is rubberized. I see a lot of Garmin units failing so you pay your money and take your choice.

If the mount is the same as the GS it will. Alliexpress was the seller. Chinese import. Check out the app and just put in your bike model.

Never had any issues, there is a layer of rubber between phone and holder and phone in silicon case

Really well. I put the volume control to the top right and have adjusted the rubber so that the pressure no longer reduces the volume. Simply pulled the rubber back on LHS folded it over and super glued basically in half. Just done around 600m in a week with no issues

Wonder wheel controls the tft, phone linked to tft so in effect yes. It just a wireless charger!

Works fine. I ended up peeling the rubber back on itself as it was squeezing the volume button. I position the volume button at the top and folded the rubber back on itself holding it in place with super glue

Cases can block the signal have you tried without case? I just replaced my case but was careful in choosing a new one

@@TrailBreak-Travel si. Tengo funda muy fina. Pero falla igual. Instale otro cargador qi, el que también tiene 2 usb. Este cargador tiene mas poder. Ninguno de los 2 cargadores me funcionan con carga rápida. Solo mantienen el nivel de bateria.

Of course, I just prefer the options of different gps platforms the phone offers without buying something new
