Of course, if I get one 😉 sadly it's not so easy to get bikes for testing

the only values that count for topspeed are the power output and the aerodynamic drag. It has a lot of displacement, but 'only' 160hp, compared to 200hp and more of a 1000cc superbike. And it has a much higher aerodynamic drag than superbikes due to higher ca-value and it's much bigger.

It stays at around 7300 rpms, 😂, im sure its just the way bmw wanted it to be, im sure this engine can rev safely at 8000rpm or 8500 and that would make this bike hit speeds of excess of 260kmh or more, but thats just not what's this bike is all about, 245 kmh its more the enough, while youre pushing a 6 cilinder monster to only 7300 rpms, 😁 it should give you engine for a couple of thousands of kms trouble free👍🤟👌

@@mototop_ yes....many bikes (and cars) are quicker in the gear before top as they are most often geared for economy and relaxed cruising rather than absolute top speed and acceleration. In fact my car (has 5L V8) looks to be fastest 6th and it's 8th speed.

@@pielight7449 you're right, but it depends on the bike/car and gear box. I would say the K1600GT is faster in 6th gear.
