@@MzwandileHarmans I guess you are referring to the 45s, if that's the case, of course mate, there is no 1 series that has been built to rival the 45s, yet, so yes, Infact there is almost no reason to even begin to compare the 45s with any 1 series, rather you go to the VW/AUDI camp.. But BMW will be making a 400hp 1 series that will rival the 45s and the results are obvious...

Yh but kinda funny though. Even m2cs is slower than 981 gt4 with 'only' 385 hp around nurburgring, tested by sport auto. This track is like hockenheim gp where mid speed straight line acceleration plays more role than aero.

@@henzo7087 yeah i guess so. Many people complained. Still, just wanna say that it's quite makes sense for this car to be that fast around this track. Because aero doesn't play that big of a role considering that there's not many high speed corners. And mid speed aceleration too, plays more than top end. For this part im just making assumption because if we compare the 3 cars we'll see that ferrari with 1.8 kg weight, even with 730 ps wouldn't have a great mid speed acel. And m2 cs has shown 491ps crank hp on dyno. Idk which gen is the 911 but assuming it's the latest one, bmw still has huge torque advantage over it.

Both cars have similar power, and cost similar money. Therefore it is a fair comparison.

@@888mf4 Am not talking neither horsepower nor prices Sir ... Am talking about curves stablity which give priority to A45 becuz of 4 wheel drive system. However, if the road is an a straight line for sure M2 will beat it and also that is not fair agaist A45

@@duffydon1741 A huge amount of work goes into filming these Track Challenges. This one in particular took around 3 months to plan, we had to have three camera guys on set, a photographer, a drone, and we thought the obvious rival to the M2 Comp was the A45 AMG as they are both in the same price bracket new, both have 4 seats, both have turbo charged engines and both are German. We put the A45 up against an older A45 in an upcoming series, so maybe you will enjoy that more.

@@888mf4 feedback appreciated, but we cannot overlook the fact that it's an AWD against a rear wheel puller, Infact just this alone is a game changer. This presents very significant results both on track and at drag and therefore cannot be over-looked. It's for the very same reason that BMW decided to bring back X-drive (fully blown) in their cars because Audi with their Quattro and Benz with their 4matic were trouncing the BMW, save for rolling race. So, the M2C is also not a pure rival of the 45s I also think the ergonomics of the cars play a critical role when it come to numbers. I will not go into the technicalities of an AWD VS a rear puller, you know them better than me, so price alone and power included do not tell the whole story, if we had a 1 series rival to the 45s, pound for pound, then I'd hear you..

Yes I do give credit to German cars..They way ahead of its time..plus the Ferrari F12 is about 8-10 years older than the M2 COMP.. and I don't see a joke 🤔

@@katlehorasebitse7720 I wasn’t making a joke, just Marveling that a Mercedes A45s and a BMW M2 comp can even compete with cars 3 to 6 times their price that all. 1 minute 34 seconds means it is a big race track, so being half and 1 second away from Cars like a GT3 And yes even a older but much more power and I would imagine more capable Ferrari. I like nice 👍 cars and just admiring. Owned Mercedes and BMW but not Ferrari or Porsche yet 😁 It’s never too late considering no one ☝️ knows how long we will live and no one knows ones luck in 1 year from now.

Depends on the track ofc. Around nurburgring, even the 'old' 981 gt4 with significantly less hp beat m2cs. Both tested by sport auto
