Fyi, if you unscrew the BMW nav mount you'll be able to bolt the Garmin mount onto either the plastic block below, or replace the plastic block with a standard 12mm GPS mount block clamped onto the 12mm bar below that. Much neater! Store the parts you took off for if you decide to sell the bike.

Thanks for the walk around. I have a 1250r and haven't yet found a wind screen that works. Can you tell me how the MRA with deflector works? Any buffeting round the helmet or wind noise. Thanks.
